A Message From Erin:

Many people reach a point in their lives when they feel stuck. You want to move forward, but you feel powerless

and don’t know where to turn for help. I am a faith-based Pastoral Counselor and I use an integrated model of

faith and psychological understanding to help people process and heal from trauma and difficulties in life. 

It is my role and my business is to help counselees see themselves out of their mess and seek and implement

the solutions that got them into their problems. Using solution-based Biblical principles, warmth, psycho-

educational tools and patience, I work with you through in-person and virtual appointments to deliver lasting,

positive change that will help you find the change and healing you seek.

Erin holds a dual Masters in Theological & Cultural Anthropology from Easter University, a Graduate Certificate in

Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary & Master Level Certification from Riley Biblical Counseling Institute, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. She is presently working towards her PhD in Christian Clinical Counseling with the Christian Bible Institute & .Seminary. She is the founder of Higher Hopes Institute, the Veteran Empowerment Therapy Program for American Legion Veterans and their families and the Director of BIPP Programing for Hunt, Rockwall and Kaufman County Batterer Intervention programing.  Erin served the non-profit sector as the Sr. Director of Education & Prevention of Brighter Tomorrows Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Agency and New Beginning Center/Hopes Door for over a decade and is a Family Violence & Victim Advocate for victims of violence.

Erin is the author of Rock Me Right, Musical Chairs Pre-marital Education Program, We Expect Respect Family Violence Program, Life Lessons, and a past columnist in Lifestyle Magazine, Suburban Style, D Magazine/D Weddings, Living Magazine, and host of the "That's Life" Show. Erin and her husband are the owners of Rockwall Heath Counseling. She loves leading this amazing group of Dallas-based counselors and therapists providing superb care in Rockwall, TX. .
