For Parents: Play is the language of children! I am deeply committed to the knowledge that children & teens communicate, process, and heal through play. Play is the way that children explore, express, and make sense of their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I recognize that the world of a child is distinct, and as such, I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors their individuality, fosters creativity, and facilitates growth and healing. I approach each child with an open heart and a deep understanding that they are the experts of their own lives, and I celebrate their boundless creativity and imaginations. Interventions are tailored to align with the child's developmental stage, ensuring that therapy is age-appropriate and effective while recognizing the significance of attachment and relationships in a child's life. Parents and caregivers are invited into this therapeutic process because it is of upmost importance to provide this support, guidance, and strategies for nurturing your child’s emotional well-being when outside the therapy space. I am honored to be a part of your child’s journey to discover their strengths, find their voice, and move toward greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.
For Adults: At the core of my therapeutic philosophy, is the unwavering belief in the transformative power of a safe and nurturing environment and relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, a sacred space where individuals can embark on a path towards self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Ultimately, my goal is to instill a sense of hope and possibility for all. I believe that, even in the darkest moments, there is potential for positive change, growth, and the realization of one's fullest potential. In offering safe spaces for healing, I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients on their unique route toward emotional well-being and personal transformation. Together, we navigate the complexities of life, celebrate successes, and navigate challenges with the shared understanding that healing is a profound and empowering process.
