I teach Yoga, Pilates, and Bootcamp classes at various gyms and studios across the metroplex. I also work as a Field Educator with a non-profit organization, giving presentations on the importance of nutrition to local middle and high schools, as well as colleges.
My hours are from 5 am to 7 pm, Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability.
